How can I change background image?

what can I do to make the background look more attractive , how to do it (I'm new to this stuff)

Step 1, click this icon: 

Step 2, click Images button:

You can use default images, or you can upload custom images.

Step 3, if you want to use Custom images, press Custom button:



Here you can upload your background image and customize it.
