Why has my form been disabled and how do I get it back?

    Hello,

    I was on my form and now I have a message that it is disabled.  I have people registering for a fundraiser - how can I get my form back and the information that has already been collected?

    Your account got suspended since it is registered under a free email domain, and your form has a logo that pertains to: http://kidneymarch.ca/

    If you need to have the account reactivated, we will need to delete that logo first. Then, if you want to add the logo back, you need to update your account's email address for one that uses the same domain(@kidneymarch.ca).

    I have now reactivated the form. As advised, if you need to use the logo, please change the email address used in the form owner's account to a corporate email pertaining to Kidney March in order to prevent the account from getting suspended again.
