We are having time zone issues between Jotform and Trello

    My creative team uses Jotform integration with Trello to intake creative requests, which had been working wonderfully until about three weeks ago or so (not sure exactly when this happened), when every request sent in via the Jotform suddenly started to have time zone issues.

    For instance, someone will fill out the Jotform and mark the deadline for the project as 5 pm on Feb 7, they receive a ‘receipt’ from Jotform showing the deadline correct, but as the request is transferred into Trello the deadline changes to noon on Feb 6. This is causing headaches because deadlines then need to be manually adjusted in Trello to be accurate, but often are not, leaving deadlines unclear.

    We have looked at our form in Jotform and the settings we have in our Trello board (Project Dashboard) and cannot see what might be causing this – and it wasn’t an issue until recently. Can someone help to investigate a solution?

    I am able to replicate the issue with the cloned form.

    I have checked your date picker field and it seems it was set correctly to MM-DD-YYYY.

    I have escalated the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

    The ticket is already assigned to our developer. However, we do not have an update yet this time. When there is an update, the assigned developer or their team will update us all through this thread.

    This issue has been resolved now. We fixed some timezone related issues and it works as expected.
