I had a problem in which my Jotform account exceeded the 100MB limit and couldn't upload any more files. However, I have since cleared out the account and still have the problem. I have not exceed any other limits. Do you know why I'm having problems?

Yes, because you have reach your Upload Limit of 100MB per month. You will need to delete uploaded files/submissions to free up space again (download your submissions first) or upgrade to our paid plans to increase your limits.
