No submissions are being received

    Since signing up to $9.99pm and going https, I havent received any submissions from my online forms :(

    To go to https, I changed the address of the form as in your help pages and stuck the form ID at the end of the URL as below.

    I checked your form's notification setup and I also checked our email server log and see the emails were sent. You have received 2 submissions today and here is the log for your reference:

    I also did a test submission and see that email was sent:

    I am not sure why it is not getting delivered to your INBOX. Have you checked your SPAM folder?

    To ensure the delivery of emails, request you to please change your notification's "Sender Email" to "noreply@jotform.com" and see if that solves your issue.

    Wow, that was fast! Thank you for your speedy response. We got your submission so I don't know why we didn't get the first one of today even though your log indicates that it was sent to us. The problem must be our end.

    I will make the change that you suggests above.

    Hi Metilfe,

    Thanks for your kind words. Like what my colleague have suggested,for your first submission kindly check your spam folder because sometimes when the email is not recognized, the email goes to spam folder.
