First, I would like to congratulate for this amazing service. I'm loving it and it was the perfect solution for me.
As I was testing the working in wordpress, I did the integration with an unfinished version of my form. When I finished, I went to update wordpress, but what appears is the older version of my form. I've tried everything, but haven't gotten my new version showed up.
Can anyone help me?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There might be some lag in saving the changes you made in our servers. Please try to refresh again after a few minutes and the changes should be reflected in your form.

I'm having the same problem. It's been almost an hour now and it still hasn't updated my form =[ I have an extremely urgent problem with the old form, and no one can successfully submit until it is updated. Please help!!!

It appears that the js embed code generated for wordpress is not update.
I have opened a ticket so that our developers can take a look into this issue.
For the meantime please get the iframe code generated from JotForm and
use it instead on your Wordpress site.
To get the iFrame code please do the following:
1. Open your form in JotForm
2. Click on 'Setup and Embed'
3. Choose 'Embed Form'
4. From the list of options select 'iFrame'
5. Copy the code and add it in WordPress.

Thank you all for your quick response. I tested the suggestion of Mlis and apparently worked. I've not tested the script for Wordpress again, but I can say that I spent at least seven hours between the test with my first version and test with the finished version. I really don't think it's a server lag.
Again, congratulations for this excellent service.

Hi, I tried what Mlis recommended and it worked fine for that moment, but right now, I can't see the modifications I've made. I read that other users are having the same issue as me.
There is something I cando now to fix this problem.

Yes, thank you for the quick response! I will try what you suggested Mliz, though from what Mauricio said it doesn't seem to be working anymore. I'm sure it's tough having to work out all the bugs in the system! This is an excellent form builder and I really hope you'll be able to work it out soon. I'd love to stick with it!

It seems that the issue was solved. My updates are being made almost automatically. Perhaps with a short delay, but they are working.

I am also having difficulty with updating the jotform on word press. Even though the form is updated in Jotform, for some reason it will not update in wordpress (i.e., on our website). Could you please advice when you think this will be resolved.

Can you please let us know which embedding method you are using?
If your embed method includes a URL that starts with http://form. Please replace it with http://www.
