Hi,
We use your services and I am trying to get a document attached to the recipient's email once the recipient turns in their form. The form is supposed to be sent with the email but I cannot get it to work. We test the email out and there are no attachments with our email. Can you all help me please?

I believe you are referring to the PDF file that you have attached in the Autoresponder email.
Please note that when you test the email, it will only test the email content. To test if the PDF attachment is also getting sent in the autoresponder, you will need to do an actual submission of your form.
I cloned and tested your form with a sample attachment and I was able to receive the email with the attachment.
Please test the form with an actual submission and let us know the update.
