    Two questions.

I have a customer who needs 3 forms for his sales team to use. The will take their iPad into a practitioners office and enter specific data about a patient who will be using their product.

    1. Can jot form be used so that the sale rep can save each form. 1 form per patient?

    2. See Attached:  I need a table that specific numbers can be entered.  I tried the multi-select grid widget - its cool, but you can not enter in data.  It seems no form builder offers a table format where you can manually enter data.    HELP

    - For the free account, you can create up to 5 forms only. If you need more forms, you can upgrade your account to increase the number of forms you can create. If you're referring to submission to the form, you can receive up to 100 submissions per month for the free account.

    - You can add the Input Table field to your form. For more information, please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/567-Input-Table
