    Form i was making titled pcpcc membership form vanished

    Asked by bar12 on May 09, 2013 at 03:12 PM

    So I had cloned a form and made a ton of changes to it, titled it, saved it, previewed it. I then went to embed it and copied something else by accident. Then when I returned to jotform the whole form was gone...as if it hadnt saved...but I hit save on it dozens of times in addition to previewing it. Am I missing somthing?

    Thanks

    @bar12

    I checked your account history and see that you have been working/saving this form: "http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31285213598963"

    Please check and let us know if this is the form you are looking for. This form is already there in your account. Looks like title is changed from "PCPCC Membership Application" to "New Membership Submission Since Delete"

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    Yeah I went and started over...it was strange because it was not giving me pcpcc membership app..it was just showing the clone of education and training without any changes. Very strange, but I have redone it fairly quickly so no real harm :)
