MichaelAnswered on February 07, 2020 at 07:55 PMJotform SupportWhen you strip the headers from address fields in email alerts, you will need to get the field tag/name or the {uniqueName} of the address field to do it.
The field tag/name or the {uniqueName} of each field should be different from each other.
For the shipping address field in your form, you have the following field details.
For the billing address field in your form, you have the following field details.
