    I would like to upgrade our account. Can I get an invoice so a Purchase Order can be made?

    Hi Kevin,

    Please disregard the above link and try this one instead - http://www.jotform.com/pricing (make sure you're logged in to your JotForm account when accessing this link). Then click the appropriate Upgrade button and select the Plan and Payment Method should be set to Credit Card. You will then be forwarded to our 3rd party payment processor Plimus. Once there, don't forget to select Purchase Order as method of payment, and enter your JotForm username in the Additional Info section.
