Send Reminder Email

    Hello,


    I created a Form and in set up a reminder email to send out in the morning at 9am. I also CC'd my email to see if I would receive a reminder email. The email never was received.

    Please advise.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your last edited form "Michelle and Joey Information - Onboarding" and you have not setup any email to be sent on a later date. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please let us know the form with which you are having this issue with and we will take a look.

    It seems you have also not setup recipient email correctly as well. As displayed in the screenshot above, I would suggest you to please select email field of your form in "Recipient Email".

    Please accept my apology for the confusion. It seems you meant reminder email and I check send email later options. 

    I did check your form and found that next reminder email is sent to be sent in next "20 Hours, 14 Minutes". When was the reminder email configured and when did you add the other recipients in reminder email? I did check our email logs and found that the reminder email to quinn@realtor-genie.com was sent successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
