I'm getting ready to send out a survey, on a deadline, and am having issues with required fields...big time. If I accidentally don't fill out a field, a required warning shows up, as it should. She only problem is, it completely covers up my answers so I can never move on because I can't answer the question! That just won't work. (see example). Is there a CSS code I can insert to change it so it either is not giagantic enough to cover up everything or goes under or to the right of the answers? A quick answer would be a life saver.

I found your form disabled because you had set up Submissions limit to 1. So the form will become disabled after getting ONE single submission
I also found the status DISABLED, did you do it on purpose?

I need people to not be able to fill it out more than once since there's a reward involved. Do you think that won't work? What do you mean by the status was disabled? I went in to change the limit and see that there isn't one anymore.
So, how do I solve the pesky required warning problem?

Instead of limiting the submissions by its number, use unique submissions instead so user's on the same IP can't submit again if you use strict check. Here's a more detailed guide: How to Setup Unique Submissions of a Form. You can also limit submissions data by field. How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question.
Regarding on the Error Warning, I have forwarded this to our development team so they can fixed this as soon as possible. It's also messed up on my side.

Mine was doing the same on some fields. When I opened it in designer and checked the responsive checkbox and save the form it fixed it.
