I have a plan PROFESSIONAL.
But had problems with credit card this month and the collection was not performed andreceived an email that my account was canceled.
I wonder how do I change the payment method for PayPal.

Since your account now has been cancelled, you can simply go back to the pricing page and subscribe again. Click the upgrade button you wish to resubscribe to. On the next page you can either choose credit card payment (via our payment gateway, Plimus), or use Paypal again, then continue with your subscription process.

For it appears: Your current plan.
There is no way to change the plan or even change the form of payment

As of the moment the status of your account is scheduled to be downgraded
and it expires on April 14th, 2011.
If you login to JotForm and go to Account Settings you will
see an option to "Re-Subscribe" just click on this button and you will be directed
to enter your new payment method/details.
