I have just created two forms using "Best Deal Health Products" template and I went to try and make another form
using this template and it is gone. Please Help?
My other two forms are:

If I had not done these two forms in the last of couple of days and tried to do them from scratch now, there is no template now.
Why? Just concerned, I don’t want to spend hours when it might be discontinued!

One possible reason is the user who shared the form on the form templates take if off. Note that is it possible to share your form on the form templates page and removed them if you like.
Another reason why it was remoed is due to invalid descriptions. Note that we always monitor our form templates page, if we found something that contains invalid title, descriptions, tags, or if the form contains malicious contents, we will removed it right away.

My concern is that I have a new client and 90% of his website will be purchase orders. I am going to become a paid member because
he will be getting over a hundred orders. However there is nothing similar to this template on your site. This purchase order is like
a shopping cart with images. If I lose this template or I can’t get support for this template then I need to know that up front so that
there are no surprises in the future for me or my client. I love your tech support and I love this template. I just find it hard to believe
that it is gone. That was a super template. So in conclusion I just want to make sure that I will still get the tech support on this template
even though it is gone?

My colleague EltonCris was actually trying to explain that -- since you have already cloned the template form, then, it means you have a copy already of the same form under your account. From what I understand on your initial message, you are quite safe already since you have cloned that template before it was removed from the gallery

We will be giving you support on your form,.. not that template form in the Template gallery. Even if that template is gone in the template gallery, we will still be continuing to provide you support on your forms.
