Savoir qui a répondu / Knowing who responded

Asked by Clotilde on May 10, 2013 at 10:53 AM

    Merci d'avance !

    Hello JotForm team,

About sending the questionnaire, I realized that with the free version, the limit is to receive 100 responses, but there is no limit delivery (for example 5000 recipients).

On my 100 answers: can I see who responded and his answers ?

Create a required field in the questionnaire that identifies the recipient is not safe enough (using a pseudonym).

Perhaps it is possible to set this information in the CSV sheet.?

This would imply a very detailed table where each questionnaire would be associated with a name or an email ...

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

Create a required field in the questionnaire that identifies the recipient is not safe enough (using a pseudonym).

I am not quite sure how you meant "it is not safe enough" . Please clarify.

I could see that you have not included a field in your form that will be able to identify a responder. There is no Name or Email  field in your form.

In the notification email, you can add the IP address field, but that can be to general data to be able to identify a form responder (i.e person's name)

    ---

You can download the form's submissions data to a CSV file. Use this guide

    Hope this help.

Please inform us if you have more question.

    Thanks.
