#NoUpgrade: I have upgraded (and paid), but I am still on the FREE plan...?!?

    Hello dear Jotform-Team,

    could you please be so kind and check my account? I have upgraded about 4 hours ago, but unfortunately, I am still on the FREE PLAN with its limitations.

    I have checked on our records and found the subscription payment, I have set your account to the proper plan now, kindly check and let us know if you have questions.
