Help! I received notification my quota has been reached after 2 test forms submitted

Asked by Theresa on April 13, 2011 at 03:46 PM

Help! I received notification my quota has been reached after 2 test forms were submitted by myself.  I do not want to accept payment through the form.  I would like to try the form with 100 free submissions.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Theresa,

We're very eager to help you. May we ask for your JotForm username? I checked your email address and found that it is linked to a guest account. We'll use your username to cross check your account in our member database.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi Theresa,

It appears that the form on the blog was created under a guest account. Please note
that details of a guest account are not stored in the server for a long period of time.
It relies on the browser cookies and session settings. However the forms will still
be accessibile using the JotForm url id.

If you have not registered for an account yet you will see the following image
    on the JotForm page:

Just create an account and use your own email address.
Your guest account will be merged with this new account.

If you already have signed up for an account you can clone/duplicate the existing
form on your blog. Please visit this link for the step by step instruction together with some
    screen shots: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL

Please do not hesistate to contact us if you have further questions or clarifications.

    Best Regards,
    Mliz

    Hello,

I have a question; dId you set-up a paypal payment tool in your form or was your form a basic filling-up form?

I have tried replicating your form but I'm suspecting that I have not completely replicated its functions.  You can check and import the form from here: http://ravnos.t35.com/11010357268.htm.

If this is good, you can import this by clicking New Forms > Import Form > From a web page

I will also submit a ticket to let our developers look into this.

    Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, the form 11010357268 seems to be deleted. You can try the import feature to get the questions on a new form as described by liyam above.
