I am looking at your account right now, and I see some Pending Submissions. Like what was mentioned in this forum, Pending Submissions happen when a user submits a form but does not complete the payment.

Also looking at your forms, I see some submissions that has required fields incompletely filled out. I can only think of two reasons as to how this happened.

First one is if the user disabled JavaScript in their browser, effectively bypassing the form validation you have set. Second is if the person enters a space in the field which also bypasses the form validation.  In my opinion, you wouldn't have to worry about losing submissions with just spaces in the fields because that only shows that those who submitted such info are not really interested in buying, and they're more likely just spamming.

Incorporating a captcha field in your forms might help, as this would help deter potential spammers. Serious buyers wouldn't mind filling out a captcha field.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you have follow-up questions.
