I check manually at jotform and they are there. They have been working in the past...they've just stopped.
In setup and embed, I checked the email alerts and sent a test. The dialogue box says it has been sent. But nothing shows up.
Not in spam.

I found that there is no email notification setup on it. This could be the reason you are not getting notifications at all.
Please update the form and add the email notificcation. Use the Add New Email button to do it.
Test again afterwards, and check if notification messages are now available.
Please inform us if you continue to have issues.

Thanks. You set the standard for customer service. I had saved a copy of the website and found the original code...pasted it in...and everything worked again. For some reason, the form just stopped sending notifications.

Please create/setup email notification into your form in order to notified once someone submitted there entry.
