Email not working

    Thank you for your continued support.

    Can you please help me understand why emails are no longer working?

    I am nearly ready to release for onsite trials.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. It seems that Email Alerts are not working for some users. Our developers are already informed about this issue and they are working on it. We will inform you once the issue is resolved. 

    I also tested your form and I received the Autoresponder Email. The Email Notification was also sent successfully to your email address. Did you receive it? 

    I also saw that one Autoresponder Email is not set properly in your form. 


    Recipient Email should be an email field.

    Considering that you have another Autoresponder Email which is working fine you can delete this one if you do not want to send 2 Autoresponder Emails to the users.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our server was listed in a spam database causing this problem. We are already in contact with them to get this resolved as soon as possible. We have rerouted emails into our backup server for now, please allow some time for the queued emails to be delivered.
