Emails with submissions have stopped

    Hi, My Valentines day form was working fine and I was getting emailed with the entries. All of a sudden I stopped getting emails but I can see more submissions on jotform. could you let me know what has happened ? Thanks

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have noticed an issue with our email server and our backend team looking into it. The emails have been rerouted to our backup server and shall be delivered shortly. 

    I am also opening a bug ticket on this thread. Once the issue is fixed, we'll let you know here. 

    We also recommend installing Jotform mobile apps for iPhone or Android, and checking the Jotform site daily to make sure you did not miss any form submission notifications.
