    Hi! The last time I paid into jotform- I never did enjoy the benefits of a paid account.

    It seemd like I had paid into an account that just didnt seem to register the same and despite sending emails I never heard back from yourselves.

    I truly need your support to ensure I dont face the problem again.

    I checked your account and see that you have a Free account. I don't see your account was upgraded. I see that you have one more account "Luthria" in your husband's name (Pradeep Luthria) which was upgraded last year.

    Please let us know your payment details for account "SangeetaLuthria" to help us investigate further.
