Form did not send all emails for a window of time.

    Hello, 

    We have a form that skipped sending emails for a window of time.  We have checked our email filters and they were never delivered to our domain.  Is it possible to recover the glitched emails?  We have over a 1,000 form submissions and don't want to manually go through them to figure this out.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I assume that you are referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/200085662092148

    Early today, our Email server was listed in a spam database causing this problem. We rerouted emails into our backup servers, so they should have been delivered to you later. 

    Let me forward this concern to our back-end team to check if it will take longer.

    Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, that is the form I was referring to. As of last night, the emails were not delivered. I have checked our mail server multiple times. Would the re-routed emails come from a different sender address?

    The sender email should be the same. I will check with our developers if there is any update. If there is we will inform you via this thread.
