Please reinstate the account

    Thank you for your email. I tried to reply but assume it may be a no reply address so in response to your suggestion which follows please could you re-insate the account ASAP. Thanks you. Here is the message you sent me so you know what I am referring to;

    Upon checking our records, I found that there is another account "JossCowan" associated with email address sandra.ashursthall@btinternet.com.

    Though this account is deleted but it takes approx 30 days for the account to purge. That is the reason why you are unable to use the same email address in another account. 

    If you want to use this same email address in another account immediately, we can restore the deleted account and you will have to login and change the profile email address to some other email address. Once your email is free, then you will be able to use it in your account. 

    Do get back to us if you want us to restore "JossCowan" account, we will do the needful. 

    We will wait for your response."
