    Hi,

we have created a form for capturing data from users thru mobile app.

We have shared the form to users email, and user logs in with that email to fill the form.

what we want to do is show the email thru which the user logged in also in the submission reports.

I think you need to add an email address field to the form where the user can manually enter their email.

In this way, you can view the email address of the person who submitted the form via the submissions page.

but user has already entered login to use the app, and open the form.

we want to reduce that step.

also lot of people who will be using it are not much educated, so expecting them to enter it will be counterprodutive, so to reduce we want to show what login one has used.

Also there will be cases where we want to ensure that data is correct, and a lot of time typo's and mistakes come in, and make it different from loggedin email..

so pls suggest a way to store the email logged in with..

Sorry, but as far as I can see, the login email address of the assignee cannot be automatically included in the submissions. You will have to use an email address field in the form as explained by my colleague above in order to automatically include in the submissions.

Since we do not have this feature yet on the mobile app, I am forwarding this to our back end team for further investigation. We will not be able to provide an ETA at the moment. Once there is an update on this feature implementation, we will notify you via this thread.

Another option is that you can view the email addresses of the assigned form in the Assign form view tab on the Publish page of your form:

You can manually copy these login email addresses into the submission downloads. In the meantime, please check if this would work out for you.

    Hello,

I believe the updated we have made fit to your request.

We have implemented a deeplink to assignee mails, so as the assignee click the "view form in mobile app" through email, we direct the user to the mobile app (if its installed) and as the user clicks login/signup he will see the mail adress filled with his email.

And as the assigneee makes a submission, you can see his/her email above the submission.

Please download the latest version of the app and let us know if you have question. Please don't forget to make your assignees download the latest version as well.

    All the best.
