I am trying to upgrade my account and when I press to pay by credit card, the form comes up in Arabic. I live in the UAE but can not read arabic.

I checked your account and see that you have already upgraded your account successfully.
You should not have language issue with your forms or submissions. Please let us know if you get into similar issue and we will have a check.
