    Overquota does not disapear

    Our username: druckzilla

     

    Last week we reached overquota.

    And so we has upgradet to Economy on same day.

    We payed instantly via paypal (look screenshot)

    But unfortunately the upload space did not expanded until now.

    We need the service urgently!

    @druckzilla

    I checked your account and see that you have upgraded to PREMIUM and not to ECONOMY. Premium plan has only 10 GB of space limit.

    Your account is OVERLIMIT as you have used 10.22 GB of upload space.

    Thank you for fast reply.

    We have paid for 'Economy' EUR 19,95 (look at paypal screenshot)

    'Premium' -Level we have had already before.

    If i today try to update to 'Economy' so i recieve an error.

    Something seems to be wrong with your uprade-system.

    We do business about your system and need fast help.

    I have fixed this problem. Your account has been upgraded to ECONOMY as I found this Subscription Number:  S-9D291198WK895654W

    Which belongs to the same account as was paid on May 7.   I also cancelled the PREMIUM subscription (renewed on May 8 which made the account to get back from ECONOMY to PREMIUM) and had refunded this charge
