A FORUM, WHERE USERS CAN VIEW OTHERS IDEAS AND VOTE ON THEM

Another idea would be for users to have a FORUM to be able to view other users ideas and vote on them.

Sorry, I think you miss understood my statement. I'm not look for a voting form, I suggesting that JotForm have section where people can post ideas and other users view them and vote on them.

I'll bet some people have submitted some great ones that other users have never thought of but if they could review it might just go nuts for it.

But, are you referring to a general section on JotForm website - somewhere on the Homepage of www.jotform.com ? (possibly like a discussion forum)

We currently do not have an option to accept posts/articles from external sources.

However, please do let us know the above information and we can forward a request to our back end team to check if we can have a possible implementation.
