My submissions are not showing up

I just made a form for a run registration and did two submissions that are not showing up in submissions or the integrated google sheet.  Although I did get an email acknowledgement of my submission and the payment went through.  This also recently happened with another order form we did where many of the orders did not show up as submissions but the payment went through?

Can you please let us know, is the form you are referring to this one: https://form.jotform.com/200464081150139? It would also be really helpful if you could tell us the email address of the submitter, so we can search our database more easily.
