Is it possible to add notes to existing forms?

    Hi there,

    I am trying to understand if JotForm is right for me.

    As clients return, I constantly need to add notes to existing clients forms but without editing the primary form.

    Is this possible?

    Hello Valeria - Unfortunately, it is not possible to add notes to the form/submission. The only way to add notes is by adding additional fields and edit the submission to enter the notes.

    Well, if you don't want to show the hidden fields or notes to the form submitter then that's possible.
