We want the signup form to have terms and conditions.  We need to know if the e-signature is legally binding?  If not is there a way to incorporate echosign or another signature verification service.

    Hi,

You can read for more details about the "legally binding" part of e-signature here https://www.jotform.com/blog/70-Announcing-E-Signatures-for-Forms

    I'll include that details here

    ---

Echosign is not supported yet by the form. You can actually do a feature request for it so that it can be added in the feature request lists. You can use this link https://www.jotform.com/contact to create a new post about it.

Hope this help. Inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.

UPDATE: We are happy to announce a JotForm - Adobe eSign widget.

Now the Adobe Document Cloud eSign Services (formerly known as Echosign) can be integrated with your forms in a really easy way. Take a look at our blog post with introduction video for more information.
