    Hi

When I create a respond mail I got a problem with changings fonts.
When I'll change the fontname or the size you'll get the pulldown menu to choose a font or a size.
But when you will do this for more many times with the same text, the pulldown window will not disapear anymore. Even if you'll close the e-mail it will stay in the monitor screen.

    Is this a bug ?

Also when i will select a part of the text and I'll choose for "Arial" and size "10 pt", it will not show up in the fontmenu when I select it again. So I can't see in what kind of font/size the text is written...

    Is this a bug ?

    Thanks a lot !  ;-)

    Hi,

I see that you're using Safari when this happened so I also used Safari in trying to recreate your problems. Sadly, I wasn't able to replicate the situation you described. Everything worked fine in my computer.

What it seems to me is that this is an issue caused by your browser/computer. There might have been some problems in your browser's cache/temporary internet files. A solution I can advise is to clear your browser's cache and then refresh the page where this occured.

For instructions, visit the link below.

How to clear cache in Safari

Hope this helps. Get back to us if problem still persists.

    Thanks for your answer !

I'm using Safari (version 5.0.4) on a Mac Pro with latest OSX 10.6.7

Even when I clear the cache (I'll do this many times a day), it's the same.
The problem will not occur always, and that's the sad thing. But when i'm working with text and try to make the fonts bigger and smaller and bigger and smaller again... then it happens.
The only thing I can do will be to close the page and to reload jotform.

It's not the most great problem in the world ;-)
I also will try to check it with FireFox.

Yes please do try other browsers such as Chrome and Firefox to see if it's just a Safari-related problem. If all's well with other browsers,  reinstalling your Safari browser might be your last option. I can't guarantee though that doing so would fix your problem.
