    Dear Reader,

    When i enter a custom url for the thank you page redirect the url keeps getting changed the & token to &.

    This is only for happening to one specific form.

    What i want: https://wordlidvananbo.nl/jotform/?utm_source={utm_source}&utm_medium={utm_medium}&utm_campaign={utm_campaign}&bedrag={testa}&voornaam={voornaam}

    What i get: https://wordlidvananbo.nl/jotform/?utm_source={utm_source}&utm_medium={utm_medium}&utm_campaign={utm_campaign}&bedrag={testa}&voornaam={voornaam}

    With HTML, the browser translates "&" to "&" so the Web server would only see "&" and not "&" in the query string of the request.

    Hi,

    I want the & sign, because of a dynamic field on the landingspage.

    When the &amp sign is used, the dynamic field won't recognise it as a & sign and won't be filled with the right text.

    But the strange thing is, last week this wasn't an issue yet. This problem occurred last Monday.

    You're right, the clone version of your form is working as expected: https://form.jotform.com/200512931439955

    Can you please try deleting the redirect URL in the thank you page and paste it again?

    I also cleared your form caches in an attempt to fix the issue.

    Please give that a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks Jherwin, it's for this form: https://form.jotform.com/200422242145338

    Can you also clear the form caches in that form?

    I've tried deleting the redirect URL in the thank you page several times, but that didn't work out.

    Done, cleared form caches.

    When you enter the URL it does not have & however, when you reload the form the issue will occur.

    Anyway, is that affecting the prepopulate to another form?

    Hi,

    It's still not solved. The thing is that this ploblem occured last Monday. Before, this was not an issue. And this form was already published for a week or something.

    I cannot use an & in my url because that will affect the dynamic field on the landingspage. The "bedrag" and "voornaam" as you can see in bold, can't be read.

    What I want: https://wordlidvananbo.nl/jotform/?utm_source={utm_source}&utm_medium={utm_medium}&utm_campaign={utm_campaign}&bedrag={testa}&voornaam={voornaam}

    What I get: https://wordlidvananbo.nl/jotform/?utm_source={utm_source}&utm_medium={utm_medium}&utm_campaign={utm_campaign}&bedrag={testa}&voornaam={voornaam}

    Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a way to fix it.

    I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem. We will notify you here and on your email at once when a status update is available.

    In the meantime, maybe you can clone the form and try the redirect link there? It works as expected in my clone form so it should work in your clone form as well.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    I see, it looks like I'm referring to another clone form: https://form.jotform.com/200512931439955

    Anyway, this issue has been forwarded to our backend team for further checking so we'll have to wait for their update regarding this problem.

    Thank you for your patience.
