How do I send a Customized Skincare Routine from my forms to a client?

Hi,

I have a customized skincare routine template.  It is to be used to give directions on product use.  There are drop down boxes where products are to be chosen, then the form is to be submitted to a client and it should give directions for using the different products.

When I choose products from the drop down list and submit, all that appears on the submission email is a list of products with no directions...HELP!!

I believe that you should edit your e-mail template. In order to do this, you can follow this guide:

You will be able to include your links and instructions in the e-mail template. So, you can design it as you want and your respondents will receive your instructions.
