Hi There,
Users Error: {"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.021"}
Users are reporting that they are not able to download the PDF file using the link that the receive in the automated email.
When I try as the user of the Jotform account then it works without issue? -

Please check if the account is enabled with the option 'Require login to see submissions' in the Privacy settings which should be causing the issue.
Please try disabling it so that the PDF documents should be downloaded normally without logging into the JotForm account.
