I keep getting this error message from an inbox that I work out of everyday. Need resolved ASAP.

I can see that you have posted a similar thread and we apologize for the late response.
It seems that the form is assigned to you by CherieRamirez account, correct? As I can see here the form is properly shared with you and you should have full access to the form and its submissions. Perhaps please verify first that you are logged in on the account then access the form's Inbox, or please try to reach out for the mother account and request to re-assign the form to you, to verify and only if possible.
