    Hi,

Is it possible to insert a value into a field in an embedded form? or use hidden fields?

IE I want to create a donation/payment form and insert the transaction number into the form before the customer fills it out

    Thank You

If it's a dynamic data insertion, you can do this manually by utilizing the URL prepopulation method. Please check the below guide to set it up:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

If the value is the same for all users who will fill the form, you can do it by adding a Short Text Entry field and adding that value as the default.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
