I have not understood your requirement of "extract values from fields". You will anyway get these values in your submission report.

Please refer this guide on How to get your Form Source Code

Is there any way I can talk to you

I want to understand ......what access do I have to the actual html form.  What we want to do is be able to extract data from the form to create indexes on the submitted from to put into our document repository.

    For example

Form has name and social and a bunch of other data

I want to extract name and social from the submitted form and file in my document managment system

I have been asked do we have an api to do this on jotforms or do we have the source code html to modify so that we can extract the key data values from the form

In other workds what kind of access do we have to the source code of the form. Also can I create an html for outside of jotforms and upload to joforms

Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at the moment. To extract or get the submission date, you can either select the form and click the submission or click the Report to create a Data Report.

Inside the Submission window, you can download a CSV/Excel format of the entire submission data.

You can also create an HTML table based report by clicking the Report button and selecting HTML Table Listing.
