Payment field is removed from Fillable PDF Form

    when i convert my product order form to a PDF for print all my products disappear

    You converted online form to a Fillable PDF Form, and the payment field is not supported in Fillable PDF Form. Because of that, it was removed. 

    If you want to print a blank form, you can add a print button and print your online form.
