exceed limit

    Dear Jotform

    We have a free jotform setup with you for limit of 100 EuroShort applications. Last night we had a surge and received over 100 applications.

    Can you advise if there are further applications that we are not seeing due to exceeding our agreed amount. If this has happened is it possible  to add extras to our jot form spreadsheet list . We are happy to pay for this service as the last minute rush was unexpected , otherwise we would have set up an extra pay service earlier.

    I do hope you can assist as we do not want to lose anyone who applied after 8pm last night – this seems to be the time we hit our limit.
