CRM Integration: ability to filter submissions to be included on the integration

    Hello, 

    we have an integration form Jotform in our Bitrix24 CRM System. 

    Is it posbile to sort leads out automatically, if an user parameter isn`t correct:

    As an example - age under 18 -  Lead won`t be delivered to bitrex24?

    Hello Manuel - The leads are automatically sent to the integration once the form is submitted so it's not possible to filter submission and send specific submission only.

    Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this yet. If you would like I can submit your feature request to our developer team so that if there is a response on the issue you will be notified here.

    However, please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

    Hello Manuel,

    I created a feature request ticket for your requirements, as advised by my colleague please note that we are unable to give you an estimated time of when can it be implemented. 

    In the meantime, the only way not to include the submission is to prevent the form respondent from submitting the form through Conditional Logic. For example, IF the user is below 18 years old, it will show a message that he/she is not eligible to submit this form, then hide the submit button.

    Hello KrisLi - may i ask one time whether there is already the possibility not to import leads into the CRM based on information provided by the user?

    We haven't heard anything yet from our developers regarding this feature request. Also, as I mentioned before, there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.
