emails are not being forwarded

    Los usuarios de los formularios ni las personas a las que les copian automaticamnete los formularios estan recibiendo una copia de los mismos. Yo si los puedo visualizar al descargar el Excel, pero no se estan reenviando los correos

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you are referring to your form Weekly Visit Plan, I have sent a test submission and it appears that your Autoresponders (Collaboration Email, Head of Area, and Copy to Chief) are ALL working fine I as check the Email Logs. I was also able to receive a notification email when I cloned your form and used a test account to send a test submission.

    Are you perhaps referring to a different form? Please do let us know so we can check.
