Inbox: Unable to download all the submissions as Excel.

    Hello, 


    I received your email and I am able to download one form into the excel spreadsheet but I am unable to download ALL into excel, which we export all forms into an excel spreadsheet to utilize for billing. 

    I saw there was an update and since then I cannot download ALL FORMS. Only one at a time. I included the URL.

    I have been performing some tests and was able to replicate the same issue you've reported, I will be escalating this to our back-end team so we can have this further checked. 

    In the meantime, try downloading the submissions from the submissions page, the feature on that page works fine, we will also keep you updated via this thread.
