My login and password is suspended

When I try to confirm my email address I receive a message: "invalid link".  When I later tried to login to JotForm.com , I received a error message that the account was suspended.  What's wrong?

Your account was automatically suspended by our system because you did not verify your account email address. 

I activated the account and sent a new verification link to your email. Please verify it.
