I need to copy a form to another user & have custom form URL

Hi,

I contacted you before about transferring forms to another user and was told that this can be done by you?

The form that needs transferring is RAMS confidential record of employment. created on 3rd Sept 19.

The form needs to be transferred to an account with user name KMRAMSUK, email address kevin@ramsuk.co.uk

Can you leave a copy in my account (for updates) or does it need to be deleted?

If there is a way to do this myself please let me know, I am hoping all my clients will move to jot form for their forms, so may be quite a few.

Please can you let me know if there are any queries. could you also please let me know when its done.

Also, another query, can we change the name of the link to the name of the form?

First, you can clone the form that you want us to transfer to another account. Here is a guide that will help you to clone the existing form to your account: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account. Once you have cloned the form, please get back to us and we will transfer the original for to the other account. Also, note that once the form is transferred to another account, submissions will also get transferred to that account.

And to change the form URL to a custom one, please refer to this guide: How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

Please accept my apology as this may be a hassle for you. But for security measures, the request should come from the account where the form to be transferred is located.
