I have a form I created yesterday and when I went back to it today, I clicked on the form, clicked Edit Form, and it's not showing the form at all.
I thought it had something to do with me using a VPN, which I know sometimes will cause you to be blocked from certain IP's, but it wasn't even on.
Can anyone help me with this?

Do you mean to say that you don't the form fields in your form?
Request you to please clear your browser cache and log back in to your JotForm account.
Let us know if you continue ot have this issue.
