I got my account suspended

    Hello,

    I was trying to verify my account and got suspended. How can I reactivate? thanks.

    Your account was autosuspended by our system due to collection of user credentials on this form "Basic Plan ($349.99/mo) | Social Media Marketing".

    Gathering these types of data violates our Terms of Use.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly use something similar like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.
