I have cleared my cache and rebooted but still doesn't work. This has happened the last few times I tried to login, used to be ok.
I also tried going directly to the login link (http://jotform.us/login) and that didn't work.
Screenshot attached. I have tried logging in from this page but it doesn't work.

JotForm.us works fine on my end as well. It could be your network that blocks script or stylesheets from JotForm. Do you have any chance of testing it using different ISP? Or if it's possible to reset your network/router? This might probably help. Kindly give it a try and let us know how it goes. Thanks!
