I made a registration form for a 3on3 street basketball tournament and i want publicate it in the team's profile in facebook, so that the kids can complete it via facebook.
My team's facebook is not a page. It is a personal profile (if I use the correct word). So Ican't use the solution you give that is in developers mode.
Is it possible?
I want to gather the data in google docs and in jotform profile.

Sorry but there's no way of embedding a form on facebook profiles. It is only possible on facebook pages. If you do not have facebook page, use your form URL instead and share it to your form users.
I would also recommend using Fit-Forms if you are going to gather facebook user infos.

Thanks for your answer.
I have a new question!
You have seen my form and what it is for. What is the best way to gather data, so I can have the participants' informations for the tournament?
Please show me the way to do this!

You can use the direct link of your forms http://form.jotformeu.com/form/31317323289352 . You can give this form url to your user, they can answer the form in standalone version.
Then if you want to see the submission data, just go to your submission page. From there you can download your form submission as CSV, EXCEL , PDF.
Steps to download submissions data.
1. Go to MY FORMS.
2. Click form title, then click Submission.
3. At the bottom part of the submission page you can see the csv, excel, pdf button.
I hope this helps. And also May I suggest if you have another question, can you please open a new thread because it should be 1 topic per thread. Please use this link.
